Artist Statement

Creative, fun and full of sass. That is how I would be described by those who are close to me.

 

I love art, always have since I was a child. However, my passion for art grew when I was 14 years old living in Germany, my family and I went to Nuremberg and visited Albrecht Durer's home. When I saw his artwork, I knew right then that I wanted to be an artist. I started to practice drawing by watching tutorials on YouTube. Went to Green River College for two years then transferred to The University of Northwestern-St. Paul to get my bachelor's into Animation and Illustration. My goal is to be story artist or Illustrate children's books.
